An
organization in the SME sector wishes to recruit an Accountant.
The following minimum academic and
professional criteria is required of the candidate:-
- A Bachelor of Commerce degree from a reputable university.
- CPA finalist.
- 5 years or more post qualification (CPA K) experience.
- Age 28-45.
- ‘O’ level result minimum of B-.
- KCPE result minimum of B-.
The candidate should also have the
following personal qualities:-
- a high level of accuracy,
- a high level integrity ,
- excellent interpersonal skills
- good negotiation skills.
