Associate/Consultant,
Islamic Financial Services:
Due to
anticipated engagements, future expansion plans, and in order to implement our
strategy, The Rose Avenue Consulting Group (www.racg.co.ke) RACG an emerging
financial services advisory firm has an immediate opening for an
Associate/Consultant to work on the Islamic Financial services consulting side
of our business.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provision of innovative Islamic Financial consulting services
- Developing Islamic Financial services/products for clients
- Consultancy and advisory in all Islamic Financial services related areas
- Helping clients with implementation of Islamic Financial services/products
- Doing follow-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with services/products provided
- Networking with present and potential clients
Qualification, experience and
skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Islamic banking and finance. A master’s degree in a related area will be an added advantage
- Possess either of the following Islamic professional qualification Certified Sharia’a Auditor & Advisor (CSAA); Certificate in Islamic Financial Qualification (IFQ); Certified Islamic Finance Expert (CIFE) Certified Islamic Banker (CIB); Certified Takaful Professional (CTP)
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar consulting position
- Strategic thinking capacity, excellent analytical, problem solving and communication
- Ability to construct high end presentations and write world class spreadsheets
- Dedicated and motivated individual who puts the client first
- Experience working in an Sharia/Takaful compliant organisation
