Finance and Administration Manager

All Saints’ Cathedral Church - Nairobi

Applications are invited from suitable persons for the position of Finance and Administration Manager.
The job holder will report directly to the Provost who is the CEO of the Cathedral.


His/her responsibilities will include day to day administration and management of the affairs of the Church, enforcing finance, administrative and strategic policies and procedures, preparing and executing the budget, enhancing a conducive work environment and facilitating the Parish Church Council.

He/she will also be responsible for maintaining sound reporting systems, overseeing recruitment of staff and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Position Requirements;
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Finance option) with CPA(K)
  • Over 5 years relevant experience in a medium size organization at a senior level.
  • Strong bias on Finance (Experience in Human Resource management will be an added advantage)
  • Age; 30-50yrs.
  • A Committed Christian
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
