Office Administrator

Salary: Ksh 20,000-30,000
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk and other support duties
- Answering of Switchboard and transferring of calls to extensions - Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to staff
- Answering client inquiries about the company and its products and service
- Taking up Accounting duties as may be issued
- Managing office petty cash
- Receiving and directing clients
- Customer Service
Job Requirements:
- A Minimum of a Diploma in business/office administration
- Some professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, IMIS
- Extremely professional, presentable and mature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
