Must have
relevant diploma would be an advantage
Those with
experience in the manufacturing sector have a clear advantage
Experience Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as receptionist / Secretary/switchboard operation
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be neat, organized and particular to detail
- Must be well presented as they are client facing
- Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English
Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception area
- Managing a switchboard of 6 Line
- Front client facing reception
- Taking messages
- Ensuring prompt feedback to customers’
- Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, positive, professional manner
- Customer service orientated
- Typing general correspondence
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle pressure
- Office admin
