Accountant Assistant

Duties
- Assist in payroll, Statutory procedures and deductions
- Prepare authorized refund vouchers
- Compile reports on monthly basis
- Check out and collect returned items
- Maintain account of returned check
- Providing support to the team of accountants
- Reconciling finance accounts
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets
- Checking employee payments including salary, commission bonus etc.
- Working with and maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Handling insurance and tax returns and posting journals
- Managing the accountants office
- Prepare appropriate journal entries for depreciation, transfers, etc
Required Qualifications
- Minimum CPA Part 2
- At least 2 years experience
- With Tally accounting software experience.
- Knowledge in statutory procedures and deductions.
- Process oriented and able to develop and follow documentation related to the required work;
- Disposition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to plan and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be a person of integrity
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all matters
