We are currently recruiting an Assistant Hotel Manager to be based outside Nairobi

Job Description


As the Assistant Hotel Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • overseeing all day to day operations
  • deliver on standards and service levels
  • implementing new service levels
  • ensure delivery of effective staff training and management development programmes
  • manage and exceed customer expectations, increasing satisfaction levels
  • oversee control of operating budgets in line with hotel financial targets
  • creating a strong sales culture
  • maximising revenue opportunities
  • ensure effective and open communication across all departments
  • deputising for the Hotel Manager in his absence

Required Experience
  • must have previously been a an Assistant  Hotel Manager  or a strong Food and Beverage Manager looking to progress
  • drive, energy and enthusiasm to help build a more successful business
  • open communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team
  • positive personality, able to crate a vibrant work environment
  • highly standards drive, with great attention to detail
  • financial and business awareness, able to work to and deliver on targets
