currently recruiting an Assistant Hotel Manager to be based outside
Nairobi
Job Description
As the
Assistant Hotel Manager your responsibilities will include:
- overseeing all day to day operations
- deliver on standards and service levels
- implementing new service levels
- ensure delivery of effective staff training and management development programmes
- manage and exceed customer expectations, increasing satisfaction levels
- oversee control of operating budgets in line with hotel financial targets
- creating a strong sales culture
- maximising revenue opportunities
- ensure effective and open communication across all departments
- deputising for the Hotel Manager in his absence
Required Experience
- must have previously been a an Assistant Hotel Manager or a strong Food and Beverage Manager looking to progress
- drive, energy and enthusiasm to help build a more successful business
- open communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team
- positive personality, able to crate a vibrant work environment
- highly standards drive, with great attention to detail
- financial and business awareness, able to work to and deliver on targets
