Warehouse Manager

Skills and Specifications:
- University graduate in business or related discipline, coupled with post graduate qualifications in supplies management
- Expert knowledge in warehouse/inventory in manufacturing company at least 5 years in the same capacity
- Well conversant with manufacturing business processes
- Membership to institute of purchasing & supplies (K.I.S.M)
- High level of integrity & sound leadership skills
- Strong communication, administrative & organizational skills
- Sound knowledge in safety standards of warehouse operations
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Not more than 35 years old
Purchasing Officer
Ref: PO/09/13
Skills and Specifications:
- University graduate in business, or related discipline, coupled with post graduate qualifications in supplies & procurement
- Thorough knowledge of procurement Act, Regulations & internal procedures on procurement
- Minimum 4 years work experience as purchasing officer in a manufacturing company
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Can communicate well (read, write, speak) in English
- Valid driving license added advantage
- Strong understanding of suppliers & business dynamics & requirements
- Not more than 35 years old
Production Planning &
Inventory Control

Skills and Specifications:
- University graduate, degree in economics, supplies management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the same capacity in a factory setting
- Familiar with raw material, inventory handling, planning & forecasting
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with inventory software/ERP
- Excellent inter-personal & analytical skills
- Must be able to work under pressure & achieve expected results
- Strong knowledge in production planning & inventory control
- High level of commitment & integrity
- Not more than 35 years old
