Information Systems/Technology Manager

After running a successful pilot proving demand, Copia Global seeks a talented, individual to join the team and help build and manage the company’s Information Systems infrastructure.

This position requires excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as knowledge and experience with ERP systems configuration and management.

It is essential you are results driven and can work in an unstructured environment.

You should be a technology expert but also have the ability to understand business operations/needs.

Responsibilities

You report to the CEO of Copia Kenya and will be responsible for building and managing all aspects of the Company’s Technology infrastructure.

  • Specifically, the Information System/Technology manager will be responsible for cost efficiently doing the following:
  • Creating the Information system architecture to support all of the businesses operations
  • Work with contracted team to build the Information System
  • Manage the contracted team in supporting and improving the Information System

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with evidence of good performance
  • Highly analytical, quick learner and adaptive
  • Driven by intellectual challenge and fast pace
  • Information system management and software development experience required
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred
  • Experience working in Kenya preferred

Compensation

Compensation will be awarded in the form of a base salary and equity dependent on experience plus a bonus dependent on performance.
