Front Office Assistants
Salary KShs 25,000
Our client
is looking for Front Office Assistants to manage PABX machine, attend to
visitors, manage enquiries and provide secretarial and customer care services
for the organization.
- Cheerfully receive office visitors to ensure that the visitors are assisted in getting their queries answered
- Attend to all telephone calls to ensure that all received and made calls are handled in an appropriate professional manner
- Maintain inventory of all correspondence including other incoming or outgoing documents to ensure ease of traceability
- Arrange accommodation and airline bookings for travelling staff and official visitors to avoid unnecessary delays
- Help walk in clients by answering their questions and book cabs on their behalf
- Take payments from organizations and schedule calls in bookings from corporate clients
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business or Secretarial Studies
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
- At least 1 year experience working as a receptionist
- Good communication both oral and written
- Must be able to operate a PABX, computers and other office machines
- Able to deal with difficult clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Be professional in communication and conduct
- Able to provide customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Be articulate and self confident
- Able to multitask
- Able to follow through with tasks
- Good organization and administrative skills
- Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
- Able to work both the day and the night shift
