Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting clear achievable targets, objectives and developing practical plans to achieve those targets
- Visiting existing customers to maintain business and acquire new customers and business opportunities as well as building relationship with new clients
- Managing available resources efficiently to meet the goals within the set time frame
- Managing and monitoring customers to ensure they are sustained by providing continuous contribution to production
- Preparing regular reports on the performance of the team and identifying plans of action
- Handling the inquiries from existing and new clients and providing details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mail
- Preparing monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management
- Organizing seminars and presentations to explain key points to the sales team
- Maintaining database of sales met and planning strategies for sale enhancement
- Attending product promotional events to develop new contacts and meetings of marketing and sales teams
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasion and negotiating skills
- High level of integrity
