Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

The incumbent will administer compensation, benefits and performance management, advise on organization policy matters, allocate human resources, analyze training needs to design employee development, maintain employee records, negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts, identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants, develop programs to attract and retain staff among other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a Business related subject.
  • Practical Human Resources management experience of at least 5 years in a commercial environment.
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources and membership to HR professional organization is an added advantage.
