Administrator
Purpose and Descriptor of the Role
This role
is individually accountable for providing immediate response to administrative
requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment.

Reporting to: Head of Stock Broking

Documentation
Processing
- Responds to immediate administrative requirements within procedure.
- Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
- Delivers on daily production standards.
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
Personal Effectiveness
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.

The

considered.

accomplish objectives; pushing beyond the boundaries and being proactive.
Information Monitoring – Collect and review information in
order to ensure that objectives are met. This includes setting up and/or
utilising monitoring procedures to measure progress and keeping relevant people
informed through feedback loops.
Qualification required:
- Business related Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, previous experience in a senior administrative position
- Fair understanding of stock brokerage business will be an added advantage
- Strong PC skills, extremely detailed oriented, proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Show initiative and be proactive
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive
