The Company
is currently looking for a Account Managers to be based in Uganda, Tanzania
and Rwanda
- Pick up supplied items once a week at the bus line
- Get inventory of incoming products
- Print invoices
- Packaging items
- Handle the returns and send them back to Nairobi
- Collect Cash and Liaise with Nairobi team on collections
- Coordination with Customer Center in Nairobi
Experience:
- 1 - 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- Education background:Atleast a post-high school qualification
- Proven track record successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in a high growth environment;
- Verifiable ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust various stake holder(Suppliers,vendors,clients)
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects with strong and consistent follow-through;
