Our client, a leading manufacturer of nails, panel pins, fencing wire, binding wire, round bars, gas rods and weld mesh plates is seeking to recruit Telesales Representatives.
Experience and Skills
- Maintaining and
developing relationships with existing and potential customers via
telephone and email
- Influencing
customers to buy products by following a prepared sales talk to give
product information and price quotations
- Ensuring all
marketing opportunities are effectively translated into sales
- Acting as a
direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
- Preparing
proposals and quotations to customers
- Gaining clear
understanding of the customer’s requirements
- Allowing the
client’s to feel an excellent business relationship has been developed and
rapport has been established, leaving all the doors open for future
business communications technologies
- Completing
orders by recording names, addresses and purchases
- Contributing to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills
and competencies
- Diploma in
Marketing or Business related field
- Minimum of 1
year experience in a similar role.
- Enthusiastic,
tenacious and self motivated
- Strong marketing
skills (phone based)
- Strong
communication skills- verbal and written
- Outstanding
business relationship building skills
