Overall Responsibility
Provide
oversight, support and develop continuous strategies for the KOIL Risk &
Compliance Programme
Key Tasks, Duties and
Responsibilities include
Keep
abreast with all legal/regulatory requirements as well as company policies and
procedures by identifying, updating and communicating to the relevant
department while monitoring compliance
Perform
risk assessment evaluation and re4cording of enterprise risk and subsequent
ranking of each risk
Provide
advise in the design and improvement of risk mitigation strategies
Conducting
regular train in g of staff and other relevant stakeholders on the risk issues
pertinent to achieving Company objectives
Continual
research and keeping abreast of evolving risks affecting the industry and the
business
Design
toos for enterprise risk management
Assist
in compiling an discussing reports, detailing findings implications and
recommendations for system and con trolls improvements
Undertaking
financial , operational, compliance, adhoc and investigative audits
Assist
in preparation of high quality and timely internal audit reports and follow-up
on implementation of both internal and external auditor recommendations
Participate
in developing and implementing Annual Risk-based audit plan aligned to the
company objectives
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Equivalent
CPA
(K) or ACCA (UK) or a finalist in either of these qualifications
2
years experience in operations or Business Development operations
CISA
qualification
Course/Training
in Risk management will be an added advantage
2
years relevant working experience
