Job requirements

  • Any Graduate with Major / Specialization in Project Management
  • Knowledge on project financial management, project costing, monitoring evaluation.
  • A thorough knowledge of business and the educational environment in business, education, or related field preferred
  • Must have proven experience in conceptual and strategic thinking to establish budgets, goals, objectives, activities, policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management, as well as internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate and implement various activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral formats with Stakeholders
  • Must have proven experience with conveying a professional image, as well as, effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with the business, educational and government community
  • Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to prepare correspondence and reports, as well as create and generate spreadsheets
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of composure, integrity, trust and self-knowledge.

  • Team work – knowing how to listen, share, cooperate and learn together as a team
  • Positive attitude – important for difficult times incurred along the way throughout the process

Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Any diploma / certificate course in Computer Technologies will be preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Defining project tasks and resource requirements
  • Developing project plans
  • Assembling and coordinating project staff including on site resources and outsourced resources
  • Managing the project budget
  • Managing project resource allocation
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines
  • Provide direction and support to project team
