Position: Operations Supervisor / Team Leader

Our client, is the leading records and information management solutions
provider in the Middle East and Africa, operates from 15 offices in 12
countries developing secure, innovative and customized solutions that address
the full information life-cycle, meeting the needs of corporate and government
clients across an extremely broad range of industries seeks to recruit an
Operations Supervisor/ Team Leader.
We are
particularly looking for a candidate who will supervise, lead and work with the
team members to achieve set targets.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Supervising operations and
records team
- Providing guidance to the team
- Coordinating information
creation, receipt, storage, retrieval and dispositions
- Ensuring security and
preservation of records
- Working with user departments
on special information research and retrieval to ensure that all
information needs are met
- Responsible for budgeting and
time management oversight, and is involved with staff training, evaluation
& development
- Evaluating and recommending
upgrades for existing technology applications, including records
management software
Qualification
and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration/Management or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of
experience in information management, records management and document
management operations
- Strong communication skills
both verbal and written, bias for action / self-starter / self motivated,
strong background in computer software, hardware and networking
- Experience in Document
Management and content management solutions is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple
projects and priorities
- When looking at information
ability to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces, as well as identify
similarities and / or differences in current or past situations
- Must be highly competent with
Windows, Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook
