The General
Manager will work closely with the Nairobi team to ensure that the Group’s
strategy is delivered in a coordinated manner, and assist in the co-ordination
and management of the Nairobi office.
This is a
key liaison role between the UK and the Nairobi team.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of programme of work
agreed with the UK teams through service level agreements.
This will
include allocating project resources and motivating and managing team members.
Other
duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a
timely and efficient fashion.

Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with accounting and spreadsheet applications is required
- Knowledge of the legal aspects of the Kenyan environment including, employment law, H&S and HR.
- Ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant Master’s degree level qualifications
