- Come up with
marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and
implement sales plans and marketing plans and projects for new and
existing products
- Carry out market
segmentation
- Analysis of
customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Manage the
productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review
and report on all sales and marketing activities and results
- Acquire new
clients and maintain existing clients
- Plan and make
sales pitches
- Develop good
relationships with clients and potential clients
- Deliver
marketing activity within agreed budget
- Meet set sales
targets
- Expand the
clientele base
Minimum
Requirements:
- Have a
degree/diploma in a relevant field acquired from a reputable institution
of higher learning
- Have proven
record of success in sales and marketing
- Have the ability
to meet set goals and sales targets
- Have the ability
to conceptualize innovative solutions
- Have the ability
to work well within a team
- Have
exceptionally good communication and presentation skills
- Good
organizational and customer relation skills
- Self motivated,
industrious with integrity
- Flexible towards
working hours
- Should be a go
getter
- Should be able
to close a deal
