Raw Materials Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning,
coordinating & executing R/M stores processes using available
resources to meet production demands.
- Achieving agreed
Raw Materials Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in terms of quality,
safety, quantity, cost, timeliness and people morale.
- Analyzing raw
data generating summaries/Reports as appropriate.
- Raising orders
when reorder levels are reached.
- Ensuring that
Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP),environmental, security,
health and safety regulations/policy are practiced throughout the R/M
receiving and issuance processes.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or any other relevant
management course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 3yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
Finished Product Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring
Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Planning,
coordinating & executing F/G stores processes using available
resources to meet sales target.
- Analyzing raw
data generated by Sales and Production teams and generating
summaries/Reports as appropriate. ˃Implement applicable
quality systems and GMP in Finished Products Handling.
- Apply FIFO
system in the finished products Stores.
- Achieving agreed
Finished Product Stores Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in terms of
quality, safety, quantity, cost, timeliness and people morale.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or any other relevant
management course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 3yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
Production Clerk
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain Raw
Materials and Packing Materials Movement intake and usage in ERP System.
- Posting of
Finished Products for the different Feed Type and Pack Sizes in ERP
system.
- Ensure that the
work order for Batching has all ingredients based on the Formular and
truck any Omission.
- Reconcile all
raw materials/packing material intakes and usage in Production.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a Certificate in Purchasing & Supplies Management or any other
relevant management course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 2yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum
Packer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control of
Packing Materials intakes and usage.
- Guide the
Parking Attendants.
- Calculate the
packing materials required from production plan.
- Reconcile all
packing material usage.
- Work within
company quality, safety, security, health, environmental policy frame
work.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a certificate in Food Processing or any other relevant food management
course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 3yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
Quality Controller
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and
Implement Sampling Procedures for All Raw Materials, Packing Materials and
Finished Products.
- Implement
applicable quality systems and GMP.
- Develop SOP for
the plant.
- Investigate
Causes for Finished Products with Results Lying out of Specification &
Suggest Remendial Measures.
- Record and
Resolve Customer Complaints.
- Train Personnel
on Raw Materials and Finished Products Handling.
- Apply FIFO
system in the use of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure Products
are Produced according to Formualtion and Meet Statutory Compliance.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a diploma in Food Technology, Analytical/Bio-Chemistry or any other
relevant Applied Science course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 3yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
Sales and Marketing Representatives
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospecting
Customers.
- Present the
product as well as the company.
- Intiating an
order.
- Actual Selling.
- Collect Payment
after Delivery.
- Record and
Resolve Customer Complaints.
- Market
Intelligence (Monitoring the Competitors)
- Market Research
( Come up with new ideas).
- Advice &
Educate the Distribution Channels.
Requirements
- Must be a holder
of a diploma in Sales and Marketting or any other relevant course.
- Have experience
in a similar position for at least 2yrs.
- Must be aged
between the age of 25 - 35 years.
- Must have good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Proficiency
in basic computer software applications.
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
- Dynamic,
Innovative and Creative .
- Experience
and/or training in veterinary or animal nutrition will be an added
advantage.
