Description
Research and developing on Client Solutions and Value Add Products and Services.
Research and developing on Client Solutions and Value Add Products and Services.
Responding
to technical feedback and questionnaires for sales meetings.
Met
with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key
business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
Working
closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical
solutions - Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for
product definition.
Developing/managing
strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.
Assisting/working
with the sales team to develop the selling strategy within the target accounts
- Creating and delivering effective presentations and sales tools for the sales
team.
Providing
product updates and technical advice to clients - Explaining technical
capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from
engineering level to senior executives.
Performing
competitive analyses.
Presenting
the company products to clients - Showcased drivers and value that supported
the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years
of pre-sales technical experience (Asian Females encouraged to apply)
- Technical,
working knowledge of Microsoft Windows products is required.
- Working,
technical knowledge of security and networking technologies, concepts and
practices.
- Working,
technical knowledge of ERPs, Custom software, SAP and Oracle solutions
- Excellent
verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong
interpersonal communication skills.
- Good
organizational skills; capable of effectively balancing multiple
responsibilities.
- Demonstrated
ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or demonstration
of equivalent experience is required.
