Micro Finance Loan Officers
Salary:
12,000
+ Commission
Our
client in a Micro Finance with national reach, registered by the Central Bank
of Kenya.
They are looking for several employees to serve them in the following regions of the country namely; Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Western Region and Wote Machakos.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting
clients and business appraisal
- Disbursement and
processing of loans
- Forming groups
and maintaining a relationship with each group with frequent visits
- Offering clients
superb customer service
- Training clients
on business management and dynamics
- Collection of
repayment
- Reporting on
performance skills
Required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1
year in sales
- Diploma in
Business Management or Banking, CPA, ACCA
- Prior experience
in direct sales in insurance, cooperatives and direct sales are the
preferred options for the job
