Our client a Midsized company
offering business advisory services focused on helping companies and individuals
identify trade and investment opportunities in Kenya is seeking a Transaction Advisor.
Job responsibilities:-
- Identify and convey key issues to senior management
having impact on purchase price or deal structure.
- Analyze historical financial along with operating
results of target companies to define business trends as well as identify
risks.
- Review and prepare due diligence reports and findings.
- Work with closely with clients to evaluate
opportunities, make transactions more efficient and achieve strategic
goals.
- Provide support service for our new and current
clients.
- Interpret main business drivers having impact on
reported profitability.
- Execute challenging assumptions pertinent to future
financial projections.
Academic Qualifications:-
- BA in business or related field
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in either
commercial investment banks, private equity and/or financial or legal
firms, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Modelling or Transaction
Support services companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English.
- Research skills.
- Experience in originating, analyzing, structuring and
post-deal maintenance of financial transactions
- Ability to develop business presentations, financial
models, structuring deals and leading the overall investment / partnership
process is essential to the end.
