- Be a Kenyan Citizen;

degree from a University recognized in Kenya;

- Have knowledge, experience and
a distinguished career of not less than ten years in the specific area.

- Candidates will have a Bachelor
and Masters degree in business administration, finance or economics.

extensive experience and training within public finance

increased responsibility over the financial decision-making process in
public finance

and communication skills and demonstrate thorough understanding of the
functioning of this docket.
- Maintain vital leadership

self-confidence

The Ward Administrator shall be responsible to the sub-County Administrator for the following:
- Coordinating, managing and
supervising the general administrative functions in the Ward unit;
- Developing policies and plans;
- Ensuring effective service
delivery;
- Coordinating developmental
activities to empower the community;
- Providing and maintaining
infrastructure and facilities of public service;
- Managing the County Public
Service;
- Facilitating and coordinating
citizen participation in the development of policies and plans; and
delivery of services
- Exercising any functions and
powers delegated by the County Public Service Board
