- Training/familiarisation
sessions in UNICEF humanitarian performance monitoring approach to
priority country offices in Humanitarian Action.
- Quality
assurance and post release feedback on HPM tables and results reporting
within Country Office Humanitarian Situation Reports
- Direct country
office support and QA for HPM results tables in the 2013 Humanitarian
Action for Children report, and 2014 proposed humanitarian Appeal targets.
- Completed
country office humanitarian performance monitoring key preparedness
actions in priority Country Offices (medium-high emergency risk contexts).
- Regional
database and profile on emergency situation and response
- Situation report
with recommendations on the HPM implementation in the region

Qualifications
- Post-graduate
degree in political science, international studies, humanitarian affairs,
or other related subject
- Minimum eight
years relevant experience (evaluation, assessment, monitoring), preferably
in humanitarian contexts
- Excellent
English language written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work
independently and achieve quality results on time with limited supervision
- Knowledge of the
work of UNICEF in humanitarian situations is a distinct benefit.
