Trouble-shooting Teams
- After Hours Support
- Online/Onsite Customer Support (when needed)
- Public Relations for Corporate Customers more in
technicalities
- Capacity Planning and Implementation
- Research, planning and implementation of upcoming
trends/technologies
- Provide/Impart Skills and training
- Overseeing and Maintenance of Data Centre and any
related service/solution
