Title: National HORECA Sales Manager- Dairy Industry
Company Profile
Our Client a leading distributor of dairy products to the hospitality, catering industry wish to hire a Sales Manager to manage the HORECA business.
- Reporting to the
Director the incumbent will be responsible in expanding the HORECA channel
& also for executing operational plans within the assigned territories
in order to deliver distribution and brand objectives in key accounts
through the application of best practices.
- Maximize volume
and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based
selling methods.
- Responsibility
to acquire new food service accounts.
- Activate local
and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand
development and maximize brand performance.
- Identifying
market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service
sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain,
monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as
to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness
and cost.
- Develops and
executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Qualifications
& Skills
- BA Marketing
- Minimum 5-8
years relevant Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service
accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region.
- An established
customer base and with an excellent rapport with key accounts.
- Excellent
planning skills, especially with regards to Budgeting, Forecasting and
Presentation.
- The position
also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and
existing commercial awareness of Kenyan FMCG market, with an emphasis on
hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and fast food chains
