Digital Content & Solutions Specialist
[SEEA/DGM/2013]
This
role is responsible for creating compelling, integrated digital content and solutions
that disrupt traditional thinking of Samsung Hand-Held Products (HHP) through
collaboration with mobile application partners, Corporate Marketing and Account
Managers.
Minimum
requirements
- Tech Savvy and a
regular member of social/Tech Blogger communities
- Experience with
a range of Web Analytics, SEO and Optimization platforms
- Exposure on
web/graphic design, flash and other design programs
- Some technical
and development skills/the ability to learn mobile OS such as
Badaa/Android
- Experience in
interactive agency/Mobile Network Operator /Information Technology Company
will be an added advantage
Channel Manager
[SEEA/CM/2013]
This
role is responsible for managing relationships, supporting established Channel,
Samsung Brand Shop and Field Force team’s and developing new ones.
The
job holder is also responsible for the achievement of Channel and Samsung Brand
Shop market share and sales (Volume and Value) targets.
Minimum
requirements
- A Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent in Business Administration /Sales/ Marketing/Social
Science from a reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in FMCG/Consumer Electronics Vendor/Channel Management
environment;
- Minimum 3 year
experience in Brand/Product sales management;

Product Manager

This
role is responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from
strategic planning to tactical activation.
Minimum
requirements
- A Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing from a
reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in FMCG environment;
- Minimum 3 years’
experience in Brand/Product sales management;
Key Account Manager
[SEEA/AM/2013]
This
role is responsible for achieving Samsung sales targets for products across our
various divisions [Home Appliances, Mobile & Digital Imaging, IT &
Printer and B2B] by managing relationship with established Distributors,
Channels and developing new Distributors, Channels partners within an assigned territory.
Also
responsible for developing sales forecasts, tracking actual sales against
forecast, managing various KPI’s and providing necessary support mechanism.
Minimum requirements
- A Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing from a
reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in FMCG environment
- Minimum 3 years’
experience in Brand/Product sales management
- Proven
experience in developing route plans, sales promotions and initiatives
- Proven
experience in motivating distributors, channel and merchant teams to
double their efforts to improve sales within the assigned region
After Sales Service Technicians

Reporting
to the Head of Service, the job holder will be responsible for managing after
sales service operations and performance processes for our range of Products,
guarantying consistent high quality of sales service.
Minimum requirements
- A Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent in IT/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science from a
reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in products/solutions/after sales service environment
- Sound knowledge
of the ASC’s operating environment
Technical Pre-Sales Engineer
[SEEA/PSE/2013]
This
role supports Samsung’s B2B sales team and our customers to extend solution
offerings to corporate customers within the region.
Minimum
requirements
- A Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent in IT/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science from a
reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years’
experience in products/solutions/pre- sales service environment
- Familiar with
the biggest trends in the market and understand the needs and
requirements.
- Able to work
with different stakeholders from CIO's to technical and not so technical
customers and partners
