We are specifically
looking for candidates with working experience in shipping / Liner Industry or
Logistics Industry.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all customers’ enquiries with consistency and objectivity
·
Ensure that the front office desk offers a warm and friendly
welcome and a speedy, efficient check-in and check-out
·
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take
messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
·
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for
office personnel
·
Ensure that there is information to help guests and be their
point of information about company products/services
Qualification and Experience
·
Diploma in Front Office or Business related field from a
reputable institution
·
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in shipping / Liner Industry or
Logistics Industry
·
Proven planning and organization skills
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
·
Self-driven personality with the ability to work with minimal
supervision
·
Candidates currently residing in Mombasa will have an added
advantage
