1. Taking detailed notes on the conference:
- Outline of
discussions of all the sessions
- Collect
presenters’ papers
- Main points
raised during discussion
2.
Taking the main points within opening ceremony and closing ceremony speeches.
3. Noting down all the recommendations made throughout the discussions during the presentation
4. Utilizing the notes taken, prepare a conference Report.
Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification Required & Experience
- At least a
College Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Candidates must
demonstrate exceptional abilities to compile high quality reports (Experience
in development work is an advantage)

writing and editing
- Ability to
compile excellent reports of workshops and technical discussions

Location:
Mombasa
Duration and pay: The assignment will be for a day and will pay KSH 5,000.
