client, Vector International, specializes in the supply and the support of Data
Centre Solutions comprising Uninterruptible Power & Precision Cooling
Systems.
Precision Cooling Systems Installation Design Engineer
The
position requires considerable AC knowledge and design competency and attracts
a commensurate and attractive income package.
Key
Responsibilities:-
- Quantify &
determine best strategy to address the cooling requirements for the “IT”
equipment as found in various Mission Critical Data Centres.
- Determine (from
a specific manufacturers offering) the required equipment & capacities
to achieve the cooling strategy in 1 above. This should include the
relevant science & math.
- Specify the
capacities and quantities of all installation materials for Precision
Cooling Systems
- Oversee
installations and then test & commission Precision Cooling Systems
- Fault find
complex Precision Cooling Systems
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience
- A recognized
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A thorough
knowledge of air conditioning systems including design principals and
related mathematics.
- Ability to
design, commission & fault find Precision Cooling System installations
