Chief Executive Officer Job in Nairobi Kenya - SACCO

A fast growing deposit taking medium sized SACCO based in Nairobi seeks to recruit a Chief Executive Officer. 

The SACCO has members in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Nanyuki and Kisumu.

The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and direction in the realization of the SACCO’s long term business strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Co-operative Management or its equivalent. Possession of Masters or Accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Computer skills.
• At least five (5) years experience in a senior management position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstratable leadership skills, high level of integrity and innovative.
• Aged between 30-45 years.
