The company is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to head up their Nairobi Branch in Kenya. 

The Kenya branch has been operating since December 2010.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently and would need to have the ability to focus on new business development as well as technical implementation and support of their software together with the normal operational requirements of a business.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Management of day to day operations of the branch & implementation of processes and procedures
  • Management of 1 administration staff, 3 software implementation consultants & 1 sales consultant
  • Project management of software implementations and supporting of software consultants
  • Resolving software user problems
  • New business development & support to sales consultant
  • Client relationship management
  • Monthly & Yearly financial reporting
In-depth training will be provided on the software systems and all internal processes.

Qualifications & Experience required:
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree or similar qualification
  • Mathematics of higher grade
Experience:
  • 5 + years management experience
  • Experience in the Information technology and business management software field will be an advantage
  • Experience in New Business Development
  • Business Maturity
  • Excellent communication ability
