Sales Coordinator (IT) Job in Kenya

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Sales Coordinator (IT) for one of its clients, an IT Business Solutions provider.

Reporting to the Enterprise Team Lead, the overall function of the Sales Coordinator (IT) is to respond to client queries, tenders and coordinate the Calendars of the Enterprise Team.

The incumbent will specifically be responsible for the following:

• Generate and provide customer quotes for complex or custom solutions in collaboration with Technical Solution Specialists, Vendors, Enterprise Team Lead and/or any other resource;
• Help towards establishing strategies that will result in increased sales on both existing and new clients;
• Analyze technology needs of the customer and pass on to the Enterprise Team for auctioning;
• Develop and present programs, solutions, and promotions related to the client product line;
• Provide clients with guidance and support during and after a contract process;
• Carry out pre-designed promotions and marketing activities that are relevant to the clients’ needs;
• Leverage Internal Support Resources to grow the company’s sales activities;
• Perform all Administrative Tasks related to the E-team.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Information Technology or any other related field;
• At least Four(4) years working experience in a similar industry;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Solutions /products is mandatory;
• Have a good understanding of the sales cycle;
• Ability to multi task;
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships;
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills;
• Possess knowledge of and ability to accurately apply pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculations;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
