A well established Energy company in Kenya is searching for an
individual with strong credentials to drive the realization on its ambitious
growth goals in East Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo and Sudan.
Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent
will be responsible for the organization’s business growth.
She must be a highly driven and self motivated individual with a
strong passion for success and flair for sales and marketing.
Key Performance Areas:

- Growth
of assets and customer base.
- Drive
the penetration of the company’s products
- Participate
in expansion initiatives to grow the organization.
Qualifications & key competencies:
- A
minimum of a diploma
- At
least 3 years experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
- Demonstrating
powerful leadership, in terms of behavior and action.
- A
proven track record.
- Excellent
communication skills
- Proficient
in Microsoft office

lives in Eldoret or has no problem working there.
