- Leading product development efforts of the various
brands and see to their launches in the market
- Building brand equity through effective communication
to enhance brand loyalty with target consumers
- Effectively managing pricing strategy to optimize brand
margins while retaining competitiveness and growing market share
- Developing and managing departmental budgets to achieve
set brand business objectives
- Managing and coordinating departmental plans and the
team to ensure sustained high performance
You will be part of the senior
management team reporting to the MD and expected to be a graduate in a business
related field with a post-graduate qualification in marketing a desirable
achievement.
In addition, you must demonstrate
knowledge and exposure in formulating marketing strategies and leadership in
brand innovation, market research, communication and management of the media.
