Group Head of Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:
- To
develop and implement the Audit programme across the region
- To
ensure there is a strong control environment across the Group in order to
mitigate risks and prevent fraud and misappropriation of assets and to
suggest effective controls
- To
review audit reports and working papers, arid present to the board as
necessary
- To
develop the audit function in the regional offices
Minimum Requirements:
- Business
degree and a professional qualification; ie. CPA / ACCA / CIA
- At
least ten years relevant work experience
- Conversant
with the IASs, IFRSs, Companies Act and other legislations
- Knowledge
and experience in information systems audit and CMTs
- High
moral and ethical standards and independence of mind
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills
