Role Objective
 
Our Client is an ICT firm specializing in; Audio Visual, Multiuser computing, Unified Communication, Plantronics headsets, Network Solutions and Security Solutions seeks to recruit a Marketing Manager who will be the marketing team leader. 

The position holder will manage the department’s budget and may be assigned to support a Client account relations role.
 

The holder of the position will be required to travel to customers’ premises and manufacturers’ premises.

Duties and Responsibilities
 
Directly responsible for the Marketing portfolio via:
  • Leading the Marketing Team
  • Managing the Marketing Department Budget  
  • Managing all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution  
  • Managing overall media relations for the company  
  • Creating a highly effective relationship between the Marketing and Production Departments
  • Managing and effectively use the CRM database as a primary marketing tool
  • Managing and direct audience development  
  • Managing and directing all paid advertising
  • Managing all online activities for The Company using both internal staff and external contractors
  • Representing the Company at public functions as required
  • Maintaining a positive and beneficial relationship with the Original Equipment Manufacturers
  • Acting as part of the company’s’ business development Management Team

  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web 2.0 practices.  
  • Experience in e-mail campaigns, Pay Per Click (PPC) offerings, and banner advertising.  
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and web communications skills.  
  • Ability to present projects and programs throughout the organization in an effective manner.  
  • Advanced Analytics and Sales Force experience preferred.

Desirable
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent (Business / Marketing preferred)
  • CIM Marketing qualification preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing, business strategy, and technology experience within the B2B, technology and Enterprise and Systems Integrator sectors.
