The candidate must have the following competencies:
- A
relevant degree from a recognized University.
- A
master’s degree will be an advantage
- Relevant
experience in the hospitality industry in a similar or senior management
level for a minimum of 5 years is a must.
- Proven
successful track record within the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Ability
to lead a strong sales team to achieving its goals is very important.
