Qualification
- Engineering
with Electronics and communication / computer science
Experience
- 5+
years telecom environment experience
- Good
knowledge and experience of Telecom Stacks deployment and operation eg.
OSS/ BSS , IN and Networks
Responsibilities
- Customer
engagement , Customer satisfaction , SLA Management
- Managing
cost
- Reviewing
and coordination with offshore team and delivering as per quality
- Managing
vendors interfacing with other teams of Airtel e.g. Network and Technical
compliance
- Defining
the processes for daily, weekly, monthly dashboards among customer
SSO (Server Support Operations) – Lead System Administrator
Qualification
- B.E
(Bachelor Of Engineering, Electronic and communication OR computer
science)
Experience
- 5-7
years experience handling enterprise IT environment
Responsibilities
- Can
handle complex nature tickets
- Serves
as a escalation point for all issues within a tower(Windows/VMware,
Oracle, DB2, Backup & Recovery, SAN storage middleware)
- Responsible
for maintenance and administration , enhancements , following change
management policies , report capacity and availability , updation of the
ticketing system
- Train
and mentor junior administrators
- Maintains
a roster for shift management and listening with Global team for any
technical support and expected to participate in weekly operational
meetings, Change management meetings
- Lead
the team from transition to delivery and also work with Project Manager
for Infrastructure projects and SI work
- Should
engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve
productivityand SLAs. In Package Implementation space: The incumbent leads
and manage complex DBA projects, had expertise in new Oracle developments,
technologies, database and application upgrades. Mentors and groom team
Network Support Specialist
Qualification
- Engineering
/ Advanced Degree / Diploma in IT & Telecommunication (CCNP)
Experience
- 4-5
Years experience
Responsibilities
- Expertise
in Day to Day DC activities like Routing, Switches, Port assignment in
Vlan, Device mounting - dismounting, Cable redressing, network
troubleshooting, Load Balancer management, VPN creation & management,
Tacacs management etc.
- Expertise
in Network Auditing and standardisation project in DC & Campus LAN
Network.
- Expert
in technical negotiation with customer & service providers / partners.
- Technical
training sessions to associate and support team.
- Expertise
in Bandwidth management (Riverbed, F5, Cisco WAS etc), Network Planning,
and implementation of network services. Team management for Planning and
commissioning of additional and new infrastructure, new POPs etc based on
traffic analysis. Team leading for monitoring performance of all the Core
and Edge Routers with proper records and data network technical solution
developer for new DC setup & restructuring.
- Necessary
upgrading of Core and Edge network equipments by following specific change
management process etc. Providing the support to all Pop CSG Engineers.
- Configuring
BGP on the international and domestic links of customers and upstream
providers based on policy using route-maps, filter-lists, weight. Metric
etc.
- Re-engineering
internal & external routing for complete redundancy using various
routing policy. Network uptime/Latency & SLA calculation.
Implementation OF TACACS, Cisco works, ITNM, Solarwinds, CSMARS, MRTG,
RADIUS etc network management tools.
- Implementation
of Syslog(Log Capturing ) and KIWI (backup) for Bharti Network .
- Routing
Protocols: OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP HDLC, PPP, Frame RelaySwitching: Layer2
switching, VLANs, InterVLAN routing, Multi protocol layer switching
(MPLS).
- Remote
Access: Asynchronous dial-up, ISDN, Frame Relay, Leased lines.
- Cisco
Inter networking Devices: Basic Cisco Commands of routers & switches,
VTP, TCP/IP Routing with RIP and Extreme Switches
