Assistant Business Analyst II

Reporting to the IT & Infrastructure Manager through the
Business Analyst, the Assistant Business Analyst II role is to ensure all
business application related issues are logged into the helpdesk and develop
bespoke.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assist
BA in Design and creation of reports for areas of the business as may be
specified from time to time.
- Helpdesk
coordination
- MSP
list technical backing
- PME/DME/Citrix
and other
- MIDB
and Actisure configuration
- Enhance
the Intranet site
- Develop
bespoke applications
The right candidate must have the following:
- Bachelors
Degree in information technology or computer Science
- Knowledge
in Crystal reports development
- Knowledge
in microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later
- Expert
knowledge in ASP.NET, C# and .NET platform is required
- 1
Year experience in the field of I.T in a busy environment
- Experience
in developing web applications.
- Excellent
oral & written communication skills.
- Knowledge
in citrix will be an added advantage.
- Graphic
design will be an added advantage.
