Sales Executive – Tanzania & Kenya

We are located in Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan. 

We are looking for a focused and goal oriented Sales Executives for our Kenya and Tanzania Offices. 

These are locally recruited positions that do not entail expatriation benefits.

Job Summary

Responsible for Sales activities, maintaining market awareness as well as managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities 
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Participate in CSR projects sponsored by the Company.
  • Act as Company Ambassador.
  • Education Qualification & Experience
  • At least a Diploma in sales and marketing or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ sales experience in IT Industry
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Eloquent and customer-oriented
  • Good Communications Skills
  • Good working knowledge of IT products
  • Perseverance and the ability to respect customer’s answers
  • Experience in selling computer hardware and software
  • High level understanding of computer technology
