Our client is a market research organization comprising of young and energetic professionals, looking for a Sales and marketing executives to be responsible for managing organization's sales and marketing activities.
- Being
responsible for establishing and implementing a sales methodology
- Tracking
the sales pipeline
- Measuring
performance against sales quotas
- Planning,
coordinating and implementing marketing programs to identify and acquire
new customers
- Define
the department's monthly, quarterly and annual goals and make sure that
sales and marketing objectives align with overall company goals
- Working
with major customer accounts and overseeing the creation of sales
collateral, Building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors,
partners and distributors
Requirements
- Bachelors
degree in marketing, business administration or a related major with
training programs that offer courses such as brand and product management,
sales management and evaluation, marketing communication, market research,
telemarketing, direct sales
- Background
in Sales and Marketing in Research(MUST)
- An
Outgoing and energetic personality
- Excellent
writing, interpersonal and public-speaking skills are essential in a
marketing and sales executive position
- Effective
leaders, strong negotiators, avid problem-solvers and must be able to work
well with different personalities and departments.
- The
ability to manage different projects simultaneously and facilitate
meetings
Salary
Fixed Salary + Attractive commissions + Medical Cover
