Sportsview Hotel Kasarani is a three star Hotel located in
Nairobi.
We are is looking for an aggressive Sales and
Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing, planning,
co-ordinating, organizing, implementing Sales and Marketing strategies and will
be reporting to the General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Manage
the Department
- Track
Customer feedback
- Apply
innovation and creativity
- Prepare
achievable budgets
- Acquire
new customers e.g. through cold calling
- Maintain
up-to-date marketing data
- Make
good decisions
- Negotiate
business with clients
- Solving
clients complains on time
- Liaise
with other departments for forecast.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Sound
knowledge of Sales and Marketing
- Minimum
3-5 years experience in hotels
- Comprehensive
understanding of the hotel business
- Excellent
written and oral communications skills
- High
level of maturity and good leadership skills
- Customer
focused and team player
- Ability
to network.
