Part Time Fundraiser for UK Charity in Nairobi

Your Role

This is a chance for you to make a difference to the lives of young people living in poverty.
 

As a Part Time Fundraiser for our charity you will be responsible for
 

Identifying suitable companies and donors in Kenya to each fund 2 or more students for a 2-3 year
period
 

Explaining our work to company executives and college principals and encouraging partnership
with our charity to help financially disadvantaged young people in Kenya.
 

Providing SFK with weekly feedback

Who We are

Scholarships for Kids (SFK) is a registered charity based in the UK committed to helping young people by
providing financial assistance that will help with their education and employment.

FK scholarship funding provides an opportunity for young people in Kenya, to obtain technical and vocational training.

Hours and Environment
This is a VOLUNTARY PART TIME POSITION that could be for a minimum of one year, depending on
performance. 

You will earn a percentage commission on every donation you raise and expenses to be agreed in advance by SFK.

You will be able to regulate your own hours and work from home.

Experience in sales and deal closing is essential

You should have a variety of have business contacts and the ability to open doors and introduce potential sponsors and donors. 

A role that would suit someone who has retired or who is working part time and wishes to aid our charity work. Ideally you will have past experience in fundraising.
