A fast growing hotel software company based in Nairobi, with
over 300 clients and office presence in Tanzania and Rwanda and in other
countries through dealers, is looking for experiencedProjects Manager(director) and Sales Manager (director);
- To
manage systems implementation projects, recruit/train and manage
projects/support staff and client/dealer relations (projects director).
- To
manage sales and marketing, recruit sales people and meet sales targets
(sales director).
- Expand
the business network to other regions by signing more qualified dealers
(sales director).
- To
work closely with R and D director / CEO in meeting user needs and market
expectations.
- Mature,
highly experienced and has extensively worked in similar setup(s).
- Proven
excellence in client relations and in dealing with technical services and
solutions vs project timelines / sales targets.
- Must
be in a similar position in another renown and busy IT company.
- Excellent
communication skills and customer relations.
- Personality
- go geter, highly committed, aggressive and trustworthy.
- Managerial
skills – exceptional! And good with dealing with clients, salespeople,
technicians and developers.
- Self
motivated, very strategic, will achieve the best service to customers, and
meet laid down expectations by the board.
- University
degree in IT, Science or Business.
- Minimum
10 years experience managing projects, operations or sales in a busy and
successful IT company.
NB: current structure in place is: 20 staff,
Finance/Administration Manager, R and D Manager (director) / CEO and The Board.
