- Minimum
Diploma Required
- At
least 3 years of field experience required
- Excellent
organizational and communication (interpersonal/oral/written) skills
- Ability
to work independently, team player and show initiative
- Demonstrates
clear, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates
good computer skills and project reporting skills
- Ability
to work in a rural set up with limited resources
