Customer Service Executive
Key responsibilities


Coordination with clients and other stakeholders

Providing reports as per business requirements

Keep clients engaged and well updated

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or public relations
  • At least six months experience in an outbound telemarketing industry or other related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and presentable
  • Self-starter and needing minimum supervision
