Administration and Human Resource Manager
Our client in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry urgently seeks
to fill the above vacant position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fleet
management
- Ensuring
all administrative are timely carried out.
- Drafting
and implementing strict administrative procedures and process for
accountability and control purposes
- Drafting
and implementing a disciplinary procedure involving a disciplinary
committee well versed with the rights of employees under the Employment Act
2007
- Formulating
HR policies.
- Overseeing
all recruitment exercises.
- Inducting
and orienting new employees.
- Maintaining
a data base of all current employees and all their personnel details.
- Maintain
a proper data of manpower requirements in all departments.
- Reporting
to the Human Resource manager all disciplinary issues in the factory and
advising on the appropriate actions to be taken.
Qualification & Experience
- A
minimum of a diploma in human resource management
- At
least 5 years experience in similar capacity
